Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepares patient charts and outpatient packets.
• Keep other nursing personnel notified of changes.
• Ensure supplies are available in Nursery, PPE cabinets and linen prep for staff.
• Assist with toileting and feeding patients as directed by RN.
• Assist Circulator in proper positioning of the patient.
• Demonstrate proper scrub/sterile techniques.
• Follow etiquette when answering phones.
