Job summary

Springhill Hospitals Inc in Mobile, AL is seeking an OB Scrub Tech to assist in vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections and obstetrical procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include preparing OR/LDR suites with required equipment, maintaining supplies, and supporting the RN in patient care in the obstetrical setting. High school/GED and Surgical Technology AS or LPN preferred. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• AS in Surgical Technology or LPN preferred.
• OB Scrub experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, emergent obstetrical procedures.
• Prepare OR/LDR suites with required equipment per policy and standards.
• Maintain and order supplies for LDRs, surgical suites, triage, and nursery.
• Provide and support RN in delivery of patient care in the obstetrical setting.
