This role includes order management, education for patients and families, infection control, and participation in performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates with the care team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life‑saving interventions (CPR, code team).
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
