Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure in state required; compact state licensure accepted per facility policy.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Administer prescribed meds, monitor for side effects, document administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on condition, treatment, and post-discharge care.
