Eastern New Mexico Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift in the Women’s Services unit in Roswell, NM. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, coordination with the care team, and adherence to clinical protocols.

The RN will administer medications, monitor patient status, and provide education to patients and families about conditions and post-discharge care. A sign-on bonus may apply for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state of practice.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other team members.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
