True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced OB RN Director to lead a dedicated team delivering exceptional care to mothers and newborns in Hancock Township, Michigan. You will oversee patient care, staff development, and standards of care in Labor and Delivery.

The role requires Michigan RN licensure, BLS-HCP, and leadership experience, with certifications in NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, and STABLE preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Current Michigan RN license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS-HCP certification.
• 4 years of experience in Labor and Delivery (preferred).
• 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare (preferred).
• NRP, AWHONN-EFM, AWHONN-POEP, and STABLE certifications (current or within 1 year).
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination required.

• Identify and address issues affecting clinical service delivery.
• Conduct performance improvement studies and support implementation of related initiatives.
• Act as a resource for staff and external contacts regarding patient care, flow, and clinical standards.
• Ensure departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and healthcare standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, educational activities, and performance evaluations.
• Provide and coordinate educational needs for patients, specifically in Labor and Delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour Day Shifts | Salary/Exempt

Compensation: $101,172.00 - $136,594.00 annually

Bonuses: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and up to $5,000 Relocation Assistance available for eligible applicants
