Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical nursing experience as an RN.
• Graduate of accredited nursing school with Nursing Diploma, Associates Degree or higher level education.

Responsibilities

• Review patients history prior to beginning physical assessment and incorporate findings into the exam.
• Perform physical patient assessments/reassessments on a regular basis in accordance department standards.
• Incorporate available technology to aid in physical assessment.
• Formulate a plan of care including expected outcomes for each patient based on diagnoses derived from patient assessments.
