Job summary

St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, part of St. David’s HealthCare, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the OB OR unit. You will coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team to implement the patient’s plan of care.

Requirements include Texas RN license (or active compact license), BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience. Competitive benefits and a comprehensive rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (or valid Compact license) required.
• 1 year of RN clinical experience required.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with Diploma, ADN or higher.

Responsibilities

• Review patient history prior to assessment and incorporate findings into the exam.
• Perform physical assessments and reassessments per department standards.
• Incorporate available technology to aid in physical assessment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to formulate and execute a plan of care with expected outcomes.
