Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; nursing or related field accepted.
• Bachelor’s in nursing required; related graduate acceptable.
• State RN license or enhanced compact license required/appropriate for teaching location.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and facilitate students to achieve course objectives.
• Lead simulation learning in the Nursing Lab.
• Teach at least 36 credits annually.
• Design, implement, teach, evaluate, and revise the curriculum.
• Provide feedback and timely evaluations of student progress.
• Advise and mentor core nursing students; support their progression.
• Uphold FERPA policies and coordinate with clinical sites.
