Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing is seeking core nursing faculty to develop and deliver coursework, oversee clinical instruction, and mentor students across the nursing education program. You will design curricula, lead simulations, evaluate progress, and collaborate with faculty to uphold program outcomes.

The role emphasizes teaching in both didactic and clinical settings, engaging in continuous professional development, and contributing to campus culture while maintaining FERPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience as a professional registered nurse providing direct patient care.
• Experience teaching in a registered nursing program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach, and evaluate classroom and clinical learning experiences.
• Lead simulation and clinical instruction.
• Mentor adjunct faculty and students; maintain program records and policies.
