Mercy Love Family Women's Center in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced registered nurse to support the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, efficient care in a high-paced obstetrics unit.

Lead nursing staff, ensure staffing and resource utilization, and collaborate with physicians and departments to improve care processes. BSN preferred and active RN license required with Leadership experience considered a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license in applicable State of practice for Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three years nursing experience; leadership/management experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrates skill in human relations and communications.

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, and cost-efficient care.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and meet productivity/financial goals.
• Collaborate with administrative staff, physicians, and other departments to improve processes.
