Job summary

Mercy’s Love Family Women’s Center at Mercy Hospital in OKC is seeking an RN leader to support safe, high-quality, cost-efficient care by ensuring competent staff in the obstetrics unit. You will help the Chief Nursing Officer meet productivity and financial goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires collaboration with administrators, physicians and staff to improve processes across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current license in the state of practice for Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum three years nursing experience; leadership/management experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality and cost-efficient care by ensuring competent staff in the department.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and meet productivity/financial goals.
• Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians and staff to enhance communication and improve processes across the continuum.
