Mercy OKC is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Mother Baby unit, supporting Obstetrics, Well Newborn Care, and the Post-W Women's Surgical area. The role emphasizes high-energy patient care, lactation support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a current RN license in the hiring state or a compact license. Candidates must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds and standing for extended

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Physical ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds and to stand/walk for long shifts.
• NRP and BLS certifications (or must obtain within 30 days).
• Other unit-specific certifications as required or acquired within the department timeframe.

Mansioni

• Provide patient care in Obstetrics and Mother Baby, Well Newborn Care and post-WWomen's Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with lactation consultants and multidisciplinary team to support mothers and newborns.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and quality standards on a high-energy unit.
