Job summary

Mercy Health in Warren, OH is seeking an Obstetrics Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate care to women and newborns. You will assess patient status, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for safe deliveries.

The role requires an ADN or BSN, current RN license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and experience in OB, ED, or critical care. Training includes EPIC EHR; Mercy Health offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program.
• Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Epic EHR training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide obstetric/women's health nursing care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications safely in line with policies and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality care to women and newborns and ensure a safe environment.
