The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in L&D and charge nurse leadership, holds a California RN license, and has current BLS (NRP/ACLS preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years L&D and charge nurse experience.
• RN license current in California.
• BLS/NRP; ACLS preferred for leadership
• Experience coordinating staff during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing staff during the designated shift to ensure patient care quality.
• Assess unit staff needs in collaboration with the charge nurse and Nurse Director.
• Ensure care aligns with the age and developmental level of patients served.
• Oversee departmental operations and drive patient outcomes.
