You will partner with physicians and executives to align strategy, implement business plans, and optimize workflows in a multi-site, multi-specialty network.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare management, a Bachelor's in a related field (Masters preferred), and strong financial acumen to manage budgets and revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a complex healthcare setting.
• Experience with budgets and revenue cycle.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to ambulatory settings.
• Ability to lead multi-site, multi-specialty clinics and to build strong relationships with physicians and leaders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Familiarity with wage and hour laws.
