Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit under medical staff direction
• Maintain unit-specific competencies and meet certification requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care planning
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and timely care plans
• Communicate effectively during handoffs and with physicians
• Promote patient safety and apply Just Culture guidelines
• Collaborate with LNAs and nursing staff to coordinate care
