ScionHealth in Andalusia, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse in Women’s Services. This role covers obstetrics, labor and delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care, delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing across the continuum of care.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for mothers and infants while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered.

Competenze

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (state or compact) required.
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, Fetal Monitoring, and PALS as required per facility policy.
• Minimum six months obstetrical nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in obstetrics, labor and delivery, postpartum, and nursery units.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for mothers and infants.
• Monitor fetal heart tones, vital signs, and patient status during labor and postpartum.
• Administer medications, assist with exams and deliveries, and support physicians.
