Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved RN nursing program.
• Valid and current Texas RN license.
• Current BCLS through American Heart Association.
• 2+ years in a clinical area related to assigned department.
• CRT experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Proven ability to use equipment and related supplies for CPR, oxygen administration and intravenous therapy.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care and ensure patient/family safety and comfort according to standards.
• Provide team leadership to enhance station or unit flow and functioning.
• Perform care tasks including rooming, health education, immunization and medication administration.
