Community Health Network's Community Physician Network Indianapolis Northside is seeking a senior administrator to oversee business unit administration across North Region campuses, Saxony and Noblesville, within the Women's Product line. The role requires bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, 7+ years leadership, and strong people and financial management.

You’ll lead staffing, budgets, and ensure high-quality patient care while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; 7+ years in practice management.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in medical practice management.
• Staffing, HR, budgeting, and financial oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team in a multidisciplinary setting to meet goals.
• Lead and manage business unit administration across multiple campuses.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, performance reviews and coaching.
• Monitor financial data, budgeting, revenue cycle and reporting.
• Ensure compliance and implement process improvements.
