Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated General Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) for a full-time, in-person role in Fulton, Maryland. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The position offers a competitive compensation package up to $400k per year including base, SOB, productivity and retention bonuses, plus full benefits and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $300K per year + $30K SOB + $30K yearly productivity bonus and $30K retention bonus after 1 year. (Total compensation can be up to $400k per year)

Job Type: Full-time, in-person; combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities (new graduates welcome)
