Job summary

United Future is seeking a General Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join a well-established, physician-led practice in Fulton, Maryland. This full-time, in-person role covers clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities, with a collaborative team and supportive environment.

Compensation includes $300K base plus $30K SOB, $30K productivity bonus, and $30K retention bonus after one year, with total compensation potentially up to $400K per year.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Maryland medical licensure.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across the full scope of practice.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic patients.
• Perform routine and complex OB/GYN procedures as indicated.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities (call split equally among physicians).
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.
