Job Juncture is assisting a premier women’s health practice near Nashville, Murfreesboro, TN to recruit an OB/GYN physician. Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates are welcomed to join a physician-led private practice with an established patient base and collaborative environment.

The position offers a competitive starting salary with productivity incentives, a manageable 1:6 call schedule, and potential for partnership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee.
• Residents completing OB/GYN training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage both routine and complex women’s health conditions.
• Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and preventative gynecologic care.
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic procedures within your scope of practice.
• Participate in a shared call rotation.
• Collaborate with fellow physicians and clinical staff.
• Build lasting patient relationships while maintaining high standards of care.
