Job summary

Ascension Seton Williamson Hospital in Round Rock, TX is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a Level II Maternal and Neonatal designated facility with 24/7 anesthesia support.

You will provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, collaborate with a five-physician group, participate in quality initiatives, and enjoy benefits including sign-on bonuses, CME allowance, and a guaranteed salary for two years.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients using advanced clinical skills to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion clinical excellence and cost-effectiveness by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives that elevate patient safety and the overall care experience.
  • Provide seamless continuity of care by serving as the admitting, attending, or consulting physician for hospitalized patients, collaborating across teams from admission through discharge.
  • Collaborate on complex cases by providing expert inpatient and outpatient specialty consultations with a dedicated 5-physician group and 24/7 anesthesia support.
  • Ensure clinical integrity and administrative compliance by documenting patient journeys to support insurance requirements and approvals.

  • Deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care by evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients utilizing advanced clinical skills to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.

  • Champion clinical excellence and cost-effectiveness by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives that directly elevate patient safety and the overall care experience.

  • Provide seamless continuity of care by serving as the admitting, attending, or consulting physician for hospitalized patients, collaborating across teams from admission through discharge.

  • Collaborate on complex cases by providing expert inpatient and outpatient specialty consultations, working alongside a dedicated 5-physician group and 24/7 anesthesia support.

  • Ensure clinical integrity and administrative compliance by documenting patient journeys accurately to support insurance requirements and advocate for patient care approvals.
