• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).

Responsibilities

• Assumes accountability for the efficient, effective function of the scheduling staff.
• Oversees on-line scheduling of operative procedures and staffing utilization.
• Develops quality measures for performance and serves as a training resource.
• Monitors data accuracy and prepares scheduling reports for multiple sites.
