Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Nursing (RN) education program.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers is required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates understanding of the nursing process and patient plan of care under RN supervision.
• Collects patient data (e.g., vitals) under RN supervision and reports changes.
• Observes RN-directed prioritization of patient needs during shifts.
• Observes implementation of the patient plan of care with attention to patient factors under RN supervision.
• Reports patient responses to treatments and collaborates with RN on modifications.
• Participates in patient/family education under RN supervision.
• Maintains accountability for patient care delivery and discusses care with RN.
• Applies nursing residency program requirements and completes orientation and training.
