Responsabilités

• Under direct supervision of an RN, collects patient data (e.g., vital signs) and reports significant changes.
• Assists in planning and modification of the interdisciplinary care plan used to care for patients.
• Observes and participates in the implementation of the care plan, considering patient needs and factors, under supervision of the RN.
• Documents patient information accurately under RN supervision.
• Supports patient/family education needs and communicates care changes to the RN as needed.
