Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized RN education program.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Must have less than 1 year of RN experience to be considered a New Grad applicant.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing process steps under direct supervision of an RN.
• Collects patient data and reports significant changes under RN supervision.
• Plans with RN on prioritization of patient needs and care plans.
• Implements the patient plan of care considering patient needs under RN supervision.
• Evaluates patient responses and modifies nursing interventions with RN guidance.
• Participates in patient/family education under RN supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Aim to achieve RN licensure timely within Intermountain Nurse Residency.
