Job summary

UTHealth Houston seeks a Nurse Manager for the OB/Gyn Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic in Cypress. The role provides leadership to the nursing team, oversees daily clinical operations, and ensures high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple departments.

You will manage staff performance, support professional development, and collaborate across clinical and administrative units. Responsibilities include scheduling, budget monitoring, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with physicians

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas or state BON required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS are preferred.
• Clinical specialty certification as determined by the department.
• Minimum education: BSN; equivalent ADN with experience may substitute.
• 3 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and coordinates nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage and evaluate clinical personnel; coordinate with operational and administrative teams.
• Schedule and allocate staffing, monitor budgets and reports.
• Oversee patient records handling and interdepartmental coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement measures.
