Sentara Health is seeking an Executive Director of Medical Operations for its OB/GYN and Midwifery division. The role blends clinical leadership with strategic operational oversight, requiring an MD/DO with 5+ years of clinical experience and leadership background.

Based in a multi-regional setting, you will partner with hospital leadership and care teams to uphold quality standards. Some telework and travel within Virginia and North Carolina are expected.

Qualificações

• MD or DO licensed to practice in Virginia
• At least five years of experience as a practicing physician
• Leadership experience preferred
• Lives in Virginia or North Carolina, or willing to relocate

Responsabilidades

• Executive Director of Medical Operations for OB/GYN and Midwifery division; oversee clinical and administrative operations
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, CNMs, APPs, and physicians to set provider performance standards
• Ensure quality of care and manage strategic initiatives; travel within VA and NC; some telework
