Advocate Health’s Aurora Medical Group seeks a Medical Assistant to support obstetrics/gynecology care in multiple Illinois locations. The role requires a medical assistant diploma or equivalent experience and OB/GYN exposure.

Expect travel to AMG sites as part of ambulatory coverage, with an 8-hour shift schedule and 1.0 FTE. You will welcome patients, take vitals, assist during exams, administer vaccines, and document care in the EHR, contributing to compassionate, high-quality patient

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must have a medical assistant diploma or 2 years of medical assistant experience or be a certified MA with 2 years of medical assistant experience, to qualify.
Previous experience working in an OB or Women’s Health clinic or department.

Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
