Job summary

Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital, part of Fairview Health Services, is seeking an enthusiastic LPN/MA to join our clinic team in Grand Rapids, MN. The role supports providers to maintain patient flow, administer medications, document in EMR, and enhance patient experience.

work is day/evening shifts in the Clinic Nursing department with internal posting through 9/4/2026. A Minnesota LPN license or MA certification is required, plus BLS within two months.

Qualifications

• Current LPN Minnesota state license; Medical Assistant certification/registration required.
• Ambulatory health care setting experience preferred.
• BLS certification due within two months of employment.
• Demonstrates reliability and adheres to clinic policies and values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct focused assessments and report changes to the licensed provider.
• Contribute to development and modification of the patient care plan.
• Perform delegated nursing interventions and supervise tasks to other staff.
• Delegate and monitor nursing activities to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate.
• Provide safe, evidence-based care and advocate for patients in collaboration with the health care team.
• Educate patients and review health information with them.
