Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Physician to join our OBGYN Hospitalist team on a per diem basis at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, OH. You will work with a dedicated group providing patient-centered obstetric care and participate in 24/7 in-house coverage alongside CNMs.

Must be board certified with Ohio license or eligibility, and able to maintain ongoing per diem availability. Pediatrix covers travel for non-local applicants and malpractice insurance for this W-2

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN with active Ohio license or eligibility.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical OB/GYN experience.
• Ability to provide ongoing per diem availability.
• Willingness to cover Riverside Hospital and related programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 in-house OB/GYN coverage with a team of CNMs.
• Manage OB/GYN ED patients and Labor & Delivery.
• Support additional coverage opportunities at Athens and Mansfield programs as available.

• 24/7 In-House coverage with a team of Ob/Gyn Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives
• Management of OB/GYN emergency-department patients and L&D
• Additional coverage opportunities at sister programs in Athens, OH and Mansfield, OH available

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
