The OB/GYN Coordinator position at Boston Medical Center coordinates program monitoring and the daily operations of the GYN Procedure Unit. You will prepare data for reporting to funding and regulatory entities and ensure that goals are met within established priorities and funding limits.
You will provide training and oversight to assigned staff, review weekly caseloads, and monitor adherence to approved protocols and procedures to support high-quality patient care.
Coordinates program monitoring and activities and is responsible for the daily operations and decision making that supports a specific program or initiative. Prepares data and related materials for reporting to funding and regulatory entities. Ensures that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications. Provides training, guidance and oversight to assigned staff. Reviews weekly case loads, monitors and evaluates that staff are following approved protocols and procedures.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Services or related field is required.
Compensation Range: $25.48- $37.02 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
