Job summary

TriHealth’s Bethesda North Hospital is seeking a Faculty Medical Center RN for the OB/GYN specialty. The role involves applying the nursing process, assessing patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two-year nursing degree is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within 5 years.
• 2-3 years’ experience in clinical nursing is required.
• Knowledge and skills from biological, physical, behavioral, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates organization responsibilities and self-improvement.
• Evaluates the plan of care for patients based on outcomes.
• Documents patient/family responses to care and teaching.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and health care team to revise care plans.
• Supervises delegated care tasks to other team members.
• Performs OB/GYN procedures and related nursing responsibilities.
• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and documents findings.
• Communicates assessment findings to health care providers and provides counseling.
