Job summary

Women’s Care PC seeks a Clinical Lead to oversee clinical support staff and daily operations in OB/GYN settings. You will assist with examinations, administer prescribed medications, and support providers during procedures.

Strong leadership, communication, and adherence to policies are essential. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate documentation in the EMR, and promote patient safety while coordinating with the Clinical Supervisor/Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN with 1+ year in OBGYN, or CMA with 2+ years in OBGYN, with exemplary skills.
• General medical terminology knowledge is required.
• Experience with EMR systems; eCW is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of clinical staff and daily operations.
• Perform nursing/clinical tasks and assist providers during exams.
• Train staff on techniques, protocols, and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and documentation guidelines.
• Maintain logs, incident reporting, and communication with supervisors.
• Promote patient safety and coordinate supplies and equipment.
