Women’s Care in Brandon, FL seeks a Clinical Lead to oversee clinical support staff and daily operations. You will assist with examinations and treatments, and support providers during procedures within a state-of-the-art OB/GYN setting.

Ideal candidates have RN/LPN or CMA credentials with OB/GYN experience, strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and EMR proficiency. You will lead staff, train on protocols, and help maintain patient safety and high-quality care.

Formación

• RN or LPN with minimum 1 year experience OR CMA with minimum 2 years experience in an OBGYN setting.
• General knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in oversight of clinical support staff and daily operations.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Aid provider during examinations, procedures, and treatment of patients.
• Lead clinical staff at assigned location and train staff on protocols.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, workflows, policies, and guidelines.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and compliant documentation in the EMR.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, sterilization, and housekeeping of patient areas.
• Attend meetings and communicate information to staff as directed by supervisor.
• Inventory supplies and communicate needs for ordering.
