Qualifications

• Leadership experience including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and development.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and related business applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse staff and patients.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for clear documentation.
• Experience training staff on system utilization (scheduling, registration).
• Knowledge of insurance plans, reimbursement processes, and patient access workflows.
