Women’s Care is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a PRN float pool position. Travel to clinics in the local region is required as needed, with duties across obstetrics, gynecology, and related specialties.

The ideal candidate will have CMA certification, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of OB/GYN experience, plus strong patient communication and EMR skills such as eCW. Flexible, professional team environment offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification required.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for examination and assist providers during treatment, procedures, and testing.
• Prepare, restock, and sterilize examination rooms and treatment areas.
• Record patients' medical history, health maintenance, and chief complaints; document vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy and administer injections when applicable.
• Educate patients with information and instructions from providers.
• Maintain safe, secure, and HIPAA-compliant work environment.
