Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of one year ambulatory care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments using nursing process.
• Document assessments clearly in the medical record.
• Provide patient education and coordinate care with the team.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and Medical Assistants per policy.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all procedures.
