Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (required).
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (required).
• Active State Licensed Registered Nurse license for the state of employment (required).
• Certification in Basic CPR (required).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care (required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document in the medical record.
• Provide routine nursing duties including phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Interpret abnormal results and coordinate with physicians for patient care decisions.
• Communicate and collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care.
• Triage and prioritize incoming calls and manage urgent situations per protocols.
• Serve as a resource for staff and educate patients and families.
