Job summary

STAT Home Health is hiring an Experienced Home Health Quality Oasis Reviewer to ensure OASIS accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely documentation. The role collaborates with clinicians and uses HCHB workflow tools to support QA processes.

You will review data, validate ICD-10 coding and HHRG scoring, monitor billing cycles, and stay current with CMS PDGM and HHVBP requirements. COS-C or HCS-O certification is mandatory, with HCS-D preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in home health Quality Review.
• Mandatory proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
• Strong working knowledge of OASIS-E, PDGM guidelines, and CMS home health regulations.
• OASIS CURRENT certification (COS-C or HCS-O) is mandatory.
• Home Health Coding Certification HCS-D preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and process OASIS documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Ensure all OASIS data sets are completed and locked timely per CMS and agency standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to clarify documentation discrepancies or missing data.
• Verify appropriate ICD-10 coding and HHRG scoring in alignment with patient acuity and plan of care.
• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for workflow processing, QA, and documentation tracking.
• Provide clinical and technical support to field clinicians for OASIS and HCHB-related questions.
• Monitor and reconcile outstanding documentation to maintain timely billing cycles.
• Support the case management team with coordination of care and interdisciplinary communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations, PDGM, and HHVBP requirements.
