STAT Home Health in Louisiana seeks an Experienced Home Health Quality Oasis Reviewer to audit OASIS documentation, ensure CMS compliance, and support field clinicians. You will review data for accuracy and intervene on discrepancies to optimize patient care and billing.

You will use HCHB workflows, collaborate with the care team, stay current on PDGM and HHVBP requirements, and contribute to timely reimbursement while benefiting from ESOP ownership and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in home health Quality Review.
• Mandatory proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
• Strong knowledge of OASIS-E, PDGM guidelines and CMS home health regulations.
• OASIS CURRENT certification (COS-C or HCS-O) mandatory; HCS-D preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and communicate with field staff to resolve data gaps.

Responsabilités

• Review, audit, and process OASIS documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all OASIS data sets are completed and locked timely per CMS standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to clarify documentation discrepancies.
• Verify ICD-10 coding and HHRG scoring in line with patient acuity and plan of care.
• Use Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for workflow processing and documentation tracking.
• Provide clinical and technical support to field clinicians on OASIS and HCHB.
• Monitor and reconcile outstanding documentation to maintain timely billing cycles.
• Support case management with coordination of care and interdisciplinary communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations, PDGM, HHVBP requirements.
