GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the most critical link in ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. The Sales Associate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, meets sales and service goals, provides product knowledge, and collaborates with team members to achieve store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized attention, detail, and offering suitable solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Ability to sell using effective sales skills and meet sales goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
