GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key link in ensuring our customers have rewarding experiences that enhance their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work collaboratively to achieve individual and store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an exceptional and memorable customer experience through personalized attention, attention to detail, and offering tailored solutions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensure displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized, and secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Ability to utilize sales skills to meet sales goals and be accountable for results
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
