General Function

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sports performance. The role requires excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, providing product knowledge, and teamwork to meet store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing relationships and building new ones.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering suitable solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  • Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
  • Adaptability to new technology and change, with high accuracy
  • Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for results, with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: -16.44
