X Energy, LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for planning, execution and delivery of large-scale nuclear projects at the Oak Ridge site. You will oversee design, analysis, and coordination with suppliers, contracts, and project leadership to ensure high-quality results on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a strong background in engineering management, steady leadership, and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders to drive projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 10+ years of professional project engineering or management experience.
• Graduate degrees may count as additional experience.
• Strong ability to estimate time and resources for engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects.
• Coordinate engineering resources across multiple projects to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee design cycle sprints and align efforts with partners and suppliers.
• Direct engineering staff and promote professional development.
• Ensure work adheres to design control procedures and proper documentation.
