Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is seeking Senior Project Managers to support the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii HITF on Oahu.

You will manage planning, design, and construction for potable water infrastructure upgrades, coordinating with DPW, USACE, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with UFC and Army standards. Responsibilities include charrettes, design reviews, cost/schedule analyses, and on-site coordination to ensure successful commissioning of projects.

Qualifications

• Senior-level project management capability for infrastructure, engineering, or facilities projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate requirements, schedules, reviews, and stakeholder activities.
• Ability to review engineering and design documentation for compliance with criteria, standards, and codes.
• Willingness to reside on Oahu and attend on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, construction, and commissioning of potable water infrastructure projects.
• Oversee a portfolio of potable water repair, replacement, modernization, and capital improvement projects across Oahu.
• Develop programming documentation (DD Form 1391, DA Form 4283) as required.
• Organize and participate in project planning and design charrettes.
• Conduct technical reviews of design packages for UFC, USAG Hawaii requirements, Army standards, and codes.
• Coordinate project synchronization meetings with DPW, USACE, and other stakeholders.
• Support cost, schedule, finance, and administrative analysis for assigned projects.
• Provide real estate support including easements, leases, licenses.
