Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management and proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality, and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, technical deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with public works or infrastructure delivery for multiple clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through closeout, with schedules and budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate engineers, contractors, and agencies.
• Ensure on-time delivery within contractual/technical requirements.
• Provide progress updates and risk mitigation plans.
