Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, design, construction, and commissioning of potable water infrastructure on Oahu for HITF. You’ll oversee multiple projects, coordinate with DPW, USACE, and other stakeholders, and drive programming docs and design reviews.

The role requires on-site presence on Oahu with frequent site visits, and a hybrid work setup. Strong PM, coordination, and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PM capability supporting infrastructure, engineering, or facilities projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate requirements, schedules, and reviews.
• Ability to review engineering/design documentation for compliance with criteria and codes.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Must reside on Oahu or relocate to support frequent on-site visits and planning.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure projects through planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage a portfolio of potable water projects across sites on Oahu.
• Develop programming docs such as DD Form 1391 and DA Form 4283.
• Organize and participate in project planning and design charrettes.
• Conduct technical reviews for UFC, USAG Hawaii, Army standards, and codes.
• Participate in synchronization meetings with DPW, USACE, and stakeholders.
• Support cost, schedule, finance, and administrative analysis.
• Provide real estate support including easements, leases, licenses, and related instruments.
• Maintain project records and contribute to status reporting.
